It depends on what she likes. My mother hosted my baby shower and as a gift I gave her a purse with 2 dachschunds on it because she loves purses and I bought her a puppy a couple of years ago (who was obviously a dachshund) and she loves him. But when in doubt a gift card is great maybe to a spa or salon or her favorite store or restaurant.
