What is a good web hosting site that is > $7/month, allows me to host unlimit

Hi TSA, if I were you I would NOT go with Host Gator or Dreamhost because both of them are known for overselling, just look them up on google (overselling means they cannot really guarantee that you get all of that bandwidth or anywhere close to it, and what ends up happening is you can get your account terminated if you use a lot of bandwidth).
