I was also looking at dreamhost but I don%26#039;t think I can afford their plans right now...so from my list, which one do you recommend? any thoughts/past experience?

Have you tried out vistapages.com? I%26#039;ve used them before and had a pretty good experience, they have relatively good uptime.
they are way better than some of the webhosts you listed. I%26#039;ve been with them after I moved away from hostmonster, and their speed, uptime and support is just ten times better.
