Can't access a website (Baka-Tsuki), dunno what this error message means, c

Can%26#039;t access a website (Baka-Tsuki), dunno what this error message means, can anyone help? So yeh I want to get onto the Basa-Tsuki translation project website.

But whenever I try to enter, I get the message:

What does that bit at the bottom mean, and can I do anything about it? Or is it a general problem and no one can acees the site atm?

Can%26#039;t access from USA either.... message indicates the server they use is down..... either for repairs or likely a weather related storm problem in that area and a backup power supply wasn%26#039;t available....

all you can do is try later until reconnected..........

• means the server that hosts the website is down and wont be up until who ever manages the website fixes it
• I get the same problem on my computer, guess they have an issue with their site, try it again later.
