I am looking at opening a website for locals to post private sales. How would one go about doing this? I am looking at opening a website for locals to post private sales. I want other sections such as local news, for rent etc. Iv been having a hard time understanding where to go to set this up. Should I rent a server from a company such as Star Logic or BlueHost and design my site with some software? If so what software is easy to use for this sort of thing? I intend on charging people who want to add bold and highlighted features to their ads and have accounts available to the costumers.. How would one go about doing this? 100% 5 Votes
