How do I fix my Drupal website? My web hosting provider is bluehost.? I installed Drupal to build my website (using Fantastico). I got a message that said that I had to install the security update manually. I decided to uninstall Drupal altogether. Now I can%26#039;t install it back on and when I access my website, I get the following message:

Open Notepad. Write your site. (If you can%26#039;t, learn how.) Upload it to your host.

You shouldn%26#039;t be running a helper tool (that%26#039;s what Drupal is) until you know how to accomplish the task on your own.
