Php files: Can someone please tell me how to open these files? They are supposed to be videos in .rar format that you extract with Winrar. I have NO idea how to open them. Thanks!

The only program Ive ever used a PHP file with was Picture It! Publishing, that comes with Microsoft Office 2002 or 2003. 100% 1 Vote
