  1and1 has 3 months free right now %26amp; then hosting packages start at just $5 a month. I installed Wordpress and Drupal on them with no problems, they also have a free website builder and a few 1-click software installs for things like xoops, joomla, vbulletin and more...plus a free 6 month spreadshirt account, yahoo %26amp; google ad credits, and a bunch of other neat freebies.
  
  I am very happy with them - I have 2 free domains with my package, their email %26amp; 24 hr phone support is great and they have 99.9% uptime. Their control panel is so easy to use too! I made the mistake of using godaddy because they were cheap once, what a nightmare. - 1and1 might be cheap but I have not had any problems with 1and1.

  Look at the date since when the problem is there. Even though I warn people, they still go for it, and repent later.
  
  My friend has an account at hostmonstor. Its good. For your info, hostmonstor and blue host ar the same company. So won%26#039;t make much difference.
  
  But if you allow me to recommend you something other than what you have narrowed down, I will recomend the host that I am currently using. Hostgator. I feel its even better than bluehost. Support is great. If you want to try out blue host, you will have to pay atleast 6months charge in advance in order to get an economic account. But you can try hostgator for just $0.01, by following the instructions here:
