Cheap and affordable web hosting site?

Cheap and affordable web hosting site? I have heard a lot of persons who think Bluehost is the best and one of the best. They say their customer service is excellent. I have not seen any web host offering their services for free, only for a low cost and Bluehost is one of them.

I have heard good things about BlueHost too, but mostly from affiliates. :-)
