Webhosting?

Webhosting? Can someone please give me a reliable reference to a good webhosting service? i hear nothing but bad news about bluehost, siteground etc and no review list is reliable and giving honest reviews. What do you use? im trying to make a site that will have people upload and download photos and leave comments and stuff. Nothing too big tho. 67% 4 Votes

for practically all my clients. Been with them since 1998. I am rarely down if at all.

I use Godaddy for the rest and always use them for domain registration.
